What’s included in your event photography coverage? Professional, documentary-style coverage of the full story of your event, arrival and registration, speakers and presentations, networking and candid moments, branded details, sponsor activations, awards, and group shots where needed. I shoot with dual camera bodies and professional lighting when appropriate, and deliver a full set of carefully edited, high-resolution images via a private online gallery, ready for marketing and internal use.

Can you supply images sized for LinkedIn, press releases and internal comms? Yes. You’ll receive high-resolution images for press and print, and I can also supply web and social-ready versions on request, including crops that work well for LinkedIn, websites, email newsletters and internal communications.

Are you available UK-wide, including London? Yes. I’m Birmingham-based, but I work UK-wide, including London. Travel is simply quoted in, and I’ll confirm logistics in advance so the day runs smoothly.

Do you cover conferences, exhibitions and awards at the NEC and Birmingham venues? Yes. I regularly cover conferences, exhibitions, awards, launches and charity events across Birmingham and the West Midlands, including major venues such as the NEC, plus hotels, arenas, museums and conference centres across the city.

How fast is turnaround for corporate events and PR shoots? Most corporate events and PR shoots are delivered within 3 days. For multi-day conferences or very large galleries, turnaround is typically 3-5 business days, and I can also provide a small set of same-day highlights for social or press if needed.

Do you offer drone photography, and what permissions are needed? Yes, I can provide drone photography and aerial video where it’s permitted. Requirements depend on the location, nearby buildings, people, and local restrictions. For many commercial sites, permission from the landowner and a safe flight plan are needed, and some areas (near airports or restricted zones) may require additional approvals or may not be flyable. If you share the location and brief, I’ll advise what’s possible and what permissions would be required.
